Wild Alaskan Salmon
We’re also partnering with the folks at Kwee-Jack Salmon to bring you that Alaskan sockeye this year!
This salmon is wild and fresh from the waters of Alaska’s Bristol Bay. Kwee-Jack is run by a dedicated five-person crew (no large corporation here). They focus on responsible fishing and the highest possible quality. This is a team we’re proud to partner with at Alderspring…and salmon that we are more than happy to eat!
