This lean and clear roast's uniform shape makes for perfect slicing. Glenn likes to do these on the grill. First, he likes to cover it in a peppery rub, sear on high heat and then roast on low to medium rare. We slice it thin and drizzle with drippings (try glazing with honey or Maple syrup just before pulling off!) Thinly sliced, this roast also makes excellent sandwich beef. Limit 4 per order!
