Certified Organic Osso Bucco (Shank Soup Bones) $4.95 These little shank steaks (aka Osso Bucco) are a vacuum packed 3/4 inch thick cut that has bone in the middle (marrow included) surrounded by shank meat. They weigh in at about 0.6 lbs (minimum) and are perfect browned in a pan and dropped in the stock pot for a wonderful beef soup or stew with that flavor that only a fresh bone can give.
