If you think hot kitchen when you think of roast, think again. Ever tried one of these on the outside grill? A little patience and care will get you there! Beware of those neighbors, though--the aroma of one of these slow roasting all afternoon might have them come sniffing around...

Certified Organic Chuck Eye Roast 2.5+ lbs $18.60 This boneless rolled and tied roast has the robust flavor typical of the chuck. Excellent in the oven as a pot roast, we have also had success in smoking/slow cooking this over applewood on the grill for an extended period. 2.5-3.5 lbs. Certified Organic Eye of Round Roast (2.5 lbs) $18.98 This lean and clear roast's uniform shape makes for perfect slicing (it is pictured at the top of this page). Glenn likes to do these on the grill. First, he likes to cover it in a peppery rub, sear on high heat and then roast on low to medium rare. We slice it thin and drizzle with drippings (try glazing with honey or Maple syrup just before pulling off!) Thinly sliced, this roast also makes excellent sandwich beef. 2.5-3 lbs. Certified Organic Brisket (4.5+lbs) $25.50 This large, flat roast is Glenn's favorite. Very slow cooking brings out the extraordinary texture and flavor of brisket. You can cook it all day on low in the oven and come home to a wonderful, moist dinner roast, and then make sandwiches from the leftovers the next day. Caryl likes to put smoky brisket bits in baked beans the next day. Because of high demand, limit two per order. 4.5+ lbs.
