While many of the recipes are typical church cookbook type (e.g., using canned cream-of-something soup), there is a whole section of healthy recipes, and even a section called "Farmer’s Market" that highlights the most popular vegetable recipes.

Hello…I have enjoyed your website and all the great tips to cooking grass fed beef. I have just recently made the incredible change to grass fed beef and am having dinner guests tomorrow night. I have taken out to thaw, a sirloin roast and haven’t seen any recipes for this. What would be the best way to cook this? Any help would be appreciated since I am a little “gun-shy” at cooking this meat still.
